A proper resort, lot of things to do. Nice for kids as well. I've been to this hotel already for 2 times earlier. It seems I keep coming back :) We liked to hang out at the pool, leave our computers and other valuables at the poolside tables while walking at the beach and taking a bite at a restaurant. I liked to use the great gym which is a short walk away. Time slows down there and you don't want to leave.

Good tennis courts. Breakfast is great. In-room dining is excellent. Very good beach with view on concrete constructions. A lot of bars and restaurants. Nice beach. Beautiful territory with a lot of trees, birds and cats.

Was only there 12 hours so didn’t see much. Beautiful hotel grounds, Beds very comfortable

This is not my first visit and for sure won't be the last , everything and everyone was super excellent, all the staff are soo kind especially Mr.Majed the Valet and Mr.Azizbek and soo many other I couldn't remember thier names but I remember them in my heart for sure , I promised my self each time I visit Dubai this resort will be my first and last choice, I suggest to everyone who doesn't visited this great resort to try and feel what im saying now , thanks JA resort

Everything was just amazing.e and my kids enjoyed the facilities The beach the Splash the staff were super friendly with my kids . I would book for more days next time, definitely

The property features proximity to beach, golf course and shooting club Our stay was during Orthodox Xmas so the lunch buffet option was great

JA Beach Hotel where we stayed is the oldest Hotel constructed and the rooms were nice but small, however there is other properties like JA Lake view and JA Tree Court which has better construction and mostly better. However, JA Beach is equally well maintained, good staff and clean.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. The jazz singer young lady was very talented. The buffet is small and tasty but limited. The Italian restaurant was very beautiful. The food was very high end and the view was great. The hotel has a character as it is not very new.

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!
